These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by Sage Mobile Ltd. ("Sage Mobile," "we," "our," or "us"), including, without limitation, the Sage Mobile Monitoring Services and the Sage Mobile Management Services. These Terms are organized into three sections: (i) General Terms and Conditions, applicable to all services offered by Sage Mobile; (ii) Sage Mobile Monitoring Services Terms, applicable specifically to the Sage Mobile Monitoring Services; and (iii) Sage Mobile Management Services Terms, applicable specifically to the Sage Mobile Management Services.
By accessing or using our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1.1 "Account" refers to your user account and any linked devices or services.
1.2 "Sage Mobile Management Services" refers collectively to the Sage Mobile Jr Services and the Sage Mobile Home Services, as described in the Sage Mobile Management Services Terms.
1.3 "Sage Mobile Monitoring Services" refers to the child email, text, and online activity monitoring service, as described in the Sage Mobile Monitoring Services Terms.
1.4 "Service Providers" refers collectively to Sage Mobile's affiliates, resellers, referral partners, content providers, and service providers who assist in the marketing, sale, or provision of the Services.
1.5 "Services" refers collectively to the Sage Mobile Management Services, the Sage Mobile Monitoring Services, and any other services made available by Sage Mobile in the future.
1.6 "User(s)" includes you, your dependents, and any other persons authorized to use the Services under your account.
1.7 "You" or "Your" refers to the individual agreeing to these Terms, responsible for the Account and related Users.
You agree to these Terms by registering, using, or accessing the Services. We may update these Terms occasionally, and the most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our License to You
Subject to these Terms and our Policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license right to use our Services. The rights granted herein are only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission otherwise. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by Sage Mobile Ltd, and you will not share access to your account or access information for your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
Commercial Use
Any use of our Services for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any commercial use must be subject to a separate agreement with Sage Mobile Ltd, Inc. If you are an organization already using our Services, separate terms apply. These terms do not govern the relationship between your organization and Sage Mobile Ltd.

All content and software are the property of Sage Mobile or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission.
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Sage Mobile Ltd cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account by emailing hi@sagemobile.com.
Through the Services, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Sage Mobile Ltd cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Sage Mobile Ltd disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, such third-party content.
Sage Mobile Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of our users, Content Providers, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. We have adopted and implemented the Sage Mobile Ltd Copyright and Trademark Policy below in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services immediately ceases.

By purchasing a SageOS subscription, you agree to a month-to-month contract that automatically renews each month unless cancelled. The subscription fee will be charged to your credit or debit card on a recurring monthly basis at the agreed-upon rate until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
To cancel your SageOS subscription, you must:
1. Submit a cancellation request via your Sage Mobile account portal or by contacting our customer support team; and Return the Sage Mobile device in accordance with the instructions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
A cancellation is not considered complete—and billing will continue—until the device has been received and processed according to our return policy. You are responsible for any charges incurred during the period between initiating cancellation and successful return of the device.
Failure to return the device may result in continued billing or additional charges, including for the cost of the device, as specified in the Refund Policy.
