Legacy Portfolio and Apple
In order to provide the services designed in the product, we rely on the software and hardware owned and operated by Legacy Portfolio and Apple.
Legacy Portfolio provides the software through Guardian Lock. Guardian Lock prevents bypassing the locked app store access, factory reset prevention and operates the safety features embedded in messaging platforms.
The hardware of the product is an iPhone manufactured by Apple. Applications and Apple Care services are provided by Apple. Apple therefore also processes personal data relating to you and your child to provide these services in accordance with their privacy policy.
